 1. Paint the wood container with a basecoat of taffy paint. Add a second coat of needed. Add a band of lime yellow across the center. Use low tack tape to section off a band if needed. 2. Paint polka dots across the top and bottom of the container by dipping the eraser end of a pencil into the peony paint and gently tap onto the container. 3. Add ageing highlights to the container by dipping your finger into the rusted pipe or black paint and gently rub your finger across the edge or any raised areas of the container. 4. Hot glue the iron-on patch and chipboard letters across the front.
